Shipping: All prices are FOB factory. Less than master carton purchases are subject to a $5.00 break
bulk charge per carton. Terms:Net 30 days on approval of credit. 1.5% service charge on past due accounts.
Shipments to past due accounts on a C.O.D. basis only. Product returns: Heaton strictly adheres to a
very precise return policy which is available in printed form.
